• The customer hereby confirms that the goods and services on the tax invoice issued, duly represent the goods and services ordered by the Customer at the prices agreed to by the Customer and where performance / delivery has already taken place, that the services and goods where inspected and that the Customer is satisfied that these conform in all respects to the quality and quantity ordered and are free from any defects.

  • Delivery and installation times given are merely estimates and are not binding on Eagle Computers.  Eagle Computers warrants that it will use its best endeavours to meet such times.

  • All prices include VAT.

  • All goods sold strictly COD only.

  • If the return of goods take place after 48 hours from date of invoice, credit will only be passed, provided goods are in same condition as on purchase date, including all manuals, driver discs, original packaging and original tax invoice.  

  • No refunds for credit card / debit card purchases after 48 hours of date of purch a se. Products can be exchanged for products of similar or higher amount and the difference paid in by the customer.

  • No credit will be issued at all if the return is later than 30 days after the date of the purchase.

  • A 15% handling charge will be issued for driver discs not returned with their original packaging, original tax invoice, software and manuals.

  • Before a credit is passed, items will be check for physical damage / customer abuse.

  • Please back up your data before sending the machine / hard drive / flash drive / memory card in for support.  The workshop will not be held liable for any data loss.  A back up can be requested, at additional costs, quoted.

  • A 50% deposit is required with special orders.  Deposits are non-refundable.  If order is cancelled, deposit is forfeited.

  • Orders not collected within 7 dates from notification, will be cancelled.

  • E&O.E (Errors and Omissions Excepted)

  • Upgrades / Repairs not collected within 30 working days will be sold to defray costs.

  • Due to software piracy NO software will be refunded or exchanged.

  • Price and specifications are subject to change without any prior notice.

  • Eagle Computers will not repair any laptop or printer on site as these will be sent to suppliers for repair.

  • Only products purchased from Eagle Computers will be send to suppliers for warranty and repairs.

  • The warranty is only valid for Eagle Computers clients within the warranty period as specified on the tax invoice.

  • All hardware has a carry-in warranty, unless otherwise specified by the Manufacturer.

  • The warranty WILL BE VOID if the serial number or any labels are missing or any seals broken.

  • The warranty WILL BE VOID if items are written on or tampered with.

  • The warranty WILL BE VOID if any cables or wiring are bend, broken or torn out.

  • The warranty DOES NOT cover viruses on Hard Drives, Flash Drives, Memory Cards or any other data storage devices.

  • Should the goods be defective within 7 days of purchase, they will be replaced immediately AFTER being tested by Eagle Computers' qualified technician, EXCLUDING printers, monitors, modems, speakers, scanners and UPS units

  • Eagle Computers will replace or repair the items if a performance failure has occurred within the warranty period as indicated on the original tax invoice.

  • Items that can be repaired by Eagle Computers or our Suppliers will not be swapped out.  (Swap out does not include: printers, monitors, modems, speakers, scanners and UPS units).

  • A component will be declared void and out of warranty if goods are damaged due to mishandling, negligence, lightning strikes or power surges.

  • Eagle Computers and its technician will not be liable for any loss or damage to cables, software or ink cartridges with booked-in goods.

  • Eagle Computers is not liable for any loss of data or theft, which may occur while in the possession of the clients' hardware.

  • Any CPU (Processor) that is over clocked will void warranty.  WARNING: It can / will  be tested.

  • Supplier Lead-Time for warranty repairs is 21 working days.

  • NO Warranty on consumables. i.e. Blank CD / DVD's, cartridges, toners, cables, etc.

  • NO Warranty on any software, NO refund, NO swap out, NO exchange on any software including Microsoft products.

  • Eagle Computers will not take responsibility to pay out anything for any loss whatsoever.
